MTV - Transformation Project to Develop & Implement new

Scheduling, capture and graphic production was allocated to the
region to provide improved control and to allow late scheduling

A new central play out facility was developed with a proactive
service driven supplier managed via KPIs
The central play out facility was made modular & extensible
to provide for future channel expansion
Hawley Crescent premises should be used as an effective
Disaster recovery site combined with provision of a fully resilient multiplexer
to eliminate any single point of failure
A central asset management system was provided to enhance
control of, access to and re-purposing of MTV media assets
Ascent Media Network Services
Develop and write a comprehensive test procedure for the
Transmission Automation System being installed as part of a major upgrade being
undertaken on behalf of their major client Channel Five
Broadcasting
